Kristin holds a B.A. from Chapman University, an Ed.M. in School Counseling from Boston University, and an Ed.S. in Educating Diverse Populations from University of Massachusetts- Lowell.  With over 25 years of experience in education, counseling, and Social Emotional Learning, Kristin helps Molly develop her kindness presentations based in best practices and the latest research.

In her role on the Board she also helps facilitate media and communication coordination.  Kristin volunteers as an adoption coordinator for Ten Lives Cat Rescue, serves as Historian on the board for The Independence Chapter of The Daughter's of the American Revolution, and is an executive board member in the parent association at her children's school.

Steve has been in the IT security industry for over 25 years and currently is  a Sales Engineer at Cisco.  He has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth and is a founding member of the UMASS Dartmouth PHI KAPPA THETA fraternity and executive Alumni Board Member.  

His work in philanthropy began in high school on Corizon trips to help build homes for unhoused families in Tiajuana, Mexico.  In college, through his work with the faternity, he donated his time to the Children's Miracle Network.  More recently he has voluntered as a softball coach for 8 years and serves as a  parent association volunteer.
